1. Machine

Denim weaving machine is rapier loom and weaving mode is woven. Unlike other fabrics, denim can change the style and effect of the cloth by washing. Jeans have gone through the following processes: Yarn – Dying – Woven – After finished – Cutting – Finished garment jeans – Washing.

1. Dying

Let the warp yarn by dyed and sized so that the weaving process is not easily broken, the color is a little bit different between each lot. And there will be a different between each roll. The dyeing process will cause the yarn material loss. Usually, the yarn count more smaller, the material more loss.

1. Woven

A normal working denim machine can weave 150 meters fabric in one day.

1. After finished

After fabric production, afterfinished process can adjust different fabric effect and elasticity request. Includes three common methods:

Anti-shrinkage

Deszing

Mercerized

1. Washing

After finished the garment jeans then will depend on the customer’s request to wash.
