Order process

After received the order, Hongxinghong shipping process includes the following step:

1. Buy the yarn material  --->

    First, we will buy the yarn materials according to the order requirements.

2. Dyeing  --->

Handel well the yarn materials, then send to our dyeing factory to dyeing the color.

3. Produce  --->

After dyeing the color, we will arrange the machine to start producing the fabric.

4. On line inspect  --->

While fabric finish the woven, workers will check and mark the main information of the fabric quality.

5. After finish process --->

Fabric will send to finishing department to make the process as customer request.

6. Pre-shipment inspect  --->

During the pre shipment inspection, workers are requite to check each yards of fabric and fill the inspection report. They will fix the defect they can fix and mark those defect in inspection report

7. Packing --->

We will print the shipping mark and packing as customer request.

8. Shipment.

Book the vessel and make the shipping documents to ship the goods.
