HXH group have two factory: HongXingHong Textile and HongYe Textile.

HXH group have about 230 woven factory workers included production, inspection, electric, management worker, and about 20 office employee. The average employee salary for two factory is 5000 RMB. For all worker, Mechanic worker have the highest salary of 7000 RMB per month. And then would be the fabric inspection worker and electrician who would get 5500 RMB and 5450 RMB for average per month.

Not like other industry company, for denim fabric factory like us, the workers salary is totally much higher than the officer. We have high requirement for all our worker.

When the production and inspection worker employ by HXH group, the trainers have a programmed to teach them vocational skills. They can’t join their job until they totally pass the test.

Since the management keep being strict for the production rules, we can continue producing the good quality denim fabric in stable amount in safe environment.
