DENIM CLASSIFICATION/ RAW MATERIAL CLASSIFICATION

1.Warp yarn classified by quality.

In the manufacture of denim, the quality of the warp determines the grade of the denim.

Sirospun: the best quality of the cotton yarn, we called OA cotton yarn.

Open end yarn: we usually call it OE cotton yarn. Also have different level of the OE cotton yarn: RAW cotton better than Recycled cotton yarn.

2.Warp yarn classified by yarn count.

The thickness of the warp yarn is divided into counts. The larger the count, the finer the yarn. More common in the textile is:7s,8s,10s,12s,16s,21s,32s,32s/2,40s/2.

3.Classified by fabric style.

Our common fabric style are:3/1 ,2/1,1/1,Left twill ,Right twill, Stain twill, Fresh terry fabric, Reticulate  fabric.
